In a world filled of dime-a-dozen event planners and party promoters, I find that I am bombarded with the artificial. Parties or events that promise one thing but don’t deliver; rooms full of beautiful people who lack the art of engagement; and well people who just well…HATE! So it was very refreshing to spend my Saturday with positive people who were all about primping, pampering and giving for a good cause. The D.E.V.A day Ladies Brunch was hosted by D.E.V.A Event Coordinating. This organization creates events that center around beauty, fashion and wellness while encompassing themes of spirituality, peace and wisdom. Over 150 women from various walks of life gathered at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel in Toronto. All proceeds from the ticket sales went to the Vita Centre.
