CHALLENGE: Letting emotions rule
SOLUTION: Your emotions affect your shopping. Beware of shopping as a means to combat the blues. Instead, make a list of pros and cons attached to emotional impulse shopping. If in the end the pros outweigh the cons, take a small amount of money out of your miscellaneous expense fund and buy yourself a token gift. But leave the debit and credit cards at home to resist temptation.
